Commitment to People

Brad knows that a successful company requires hiring and retaining great, talented people. Most of our supervisors, whether field, office or shop, offer 20+ years of industry experience. Many have worked with the company for over 10 years. All BCC supervisors are well-trained and have earned credentials such as State Utility Manager’s (or Foreman’s) licenses and several types of OSHA and MSHA training and certifications. Many of our equipment operators and laborers are trained and certified in their respective fields.

BCC remains committed to staying at the forefront of modern technology. Our fleet includes a large inventory of GPS-equipped pieces of equipment and backpack GPS units that enable our field crews to perform at the highest level of efficiency and accuracy.

Our estimating department uses the state-of-the-art software to quickly provide detailed and accurate take-offs and proposals.
